Payment We accept the following payment methods: Credit or Debit Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Solo and JCB), Bankers Draft and Bank Transfers. For the UK only we also accept Personal Cheques and Postal Orders, though clearance is required (5 days) for cheques prior to the despatch of your purchase. Please do not post cash. Postage/Shipping Charges We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or other couriers unless otherwise specified. The buyer pays postal charges as follows: UK Delivery: £8.95 flat rate, regardless of the number of items ordered (reduced to £4.95 for one single Standard Create-a-Pix, or £2.95 for one single Mini Create-a-Pix). Europe and Republic of Ireland: £5.95 for one Mini Create-a-Pix, £7.95 for one Standard Create-a-Pix, £12.95 for one Luxury/Signature Create-a-Pix or two Standards. Additional items add £1.50 (standard) or £3 (luxury). North America: £9.95 for one Mini Create-a-Pix, £12.95 for one Standard Create-a-Pix, £21.95 for one Luxury/Signature Create-a-Pix or two Standards. Product Availability All products are liable to change without notice due to manufacturing processes and licensing restrictions. Images on this website are for illustration only and although everything will be done to provide the product as displayed, the frame profile may vary. If you require the item exactly as displayed then please note this on the order form. Warranty - Money Back Guarantee All our products carry a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery as long as the purchase is returned boxed, with all the original packaging and any accessories, is unused, and returned in its original condition. A refund will be made, less the original carriage costs. Please allow up to 30 days for this refund to be processed, but most will be handled within 7 days. In the unlikely event that there is visible damage to the exterior packaging of your goods, you must note this on the carrier's consignment notes. If the goods themselves are damaged then you must inform us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange to collect the goods and offer you an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Once you receive the goods, you must keep the invoice as proof of purchase and guarantee. Delivery Your order is processed as it is received, and delivery can take up to 28 days. It will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or our preferred courier. However, in most cases we can turn goods around in 10 days or less (stock level permitting). Please bear in mind that national holidays may affect delivery times. We will contact you if we have any queries with your order or are unable to fulfil it. We cannot stipulate a time of day for the delivery. If the carriers attempt to deliver and no one is available to sign for the items, this will be classed as a failed delivery and the carriers will leave behind an instruction card. An attempt to redeliver may be made the following day unless you have arranged otherwise. We cannot be held responsible for any shortages not reported to us within 2 days after delivery. You should contact us immediately if you are unsure. Visible damage must be declared and noted on the carriers consignment notes when receiving the delivery and again, you must inform us immediately. Items shipped to non EU countries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when purchasing from overseas. To check any delivery status, simply email us at enquiries@picture-picture.com with your purchase details and we will track and trace the item for you, or provide details on how to do this. Please note, should your item be found to be 'lost in transit', we will be unable to send a replacement order until the parcel has either been found or confirmed 'lost' by the carrier. This can take a minimum of 14 days. If a replacement order is required before this time, a separate payment will need to be made. Privacy Policy We promise to only use the information you provide to us to process your order quickly and efficiently. We do not provide your details to any other third party or companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. All personal details are stored on an off-line server. Payment processing takes place on our secure server. What information do we use? We will need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit card number and expiry date in order for us to process your order. On completion of the order your credit card details are deleted. Security: When you enter credit card details to the web site our secure servers ensure all details are encrypted before they are sent to us. While being processed we store your personal details on our in-house servers. Our database is encrypted and the processing servers are not connected to the Internet. The servers are physically secured. |
